Dr. Sofica Bistriceanu studied in Romania at the ‘Gr. T. Popa’ Iasi University, and graduated as MD in 1984, research in family medicine, Maastricht University, 2000, Ph.D. in 2009, Iasi, at the same institution. She joined the European, American, Asian Primary Care Research Group, American Academy on Communication in Healthcare, APTR, IHI, NICHQ, EPCCS, EURACT, WONCA Meetings. She is a member of Academy for Professionalism in Health Care. Dr Sofica Bistriceanu is the author of more than 70 research studies shared abroad and received awards for some of them. She is a member of The Journal of Patient Experience (JPX) Editorial Review Board. Dr. Sofica Bistriceanu is the representative of the Academic Medical Unit located in NT, ROU. She is the author of seven volumes of poems published by Chronica Iasi Publishing House, and Time, Iasi Publishing House.

Ines Llamas Ramos is a Doctor by University of Salamanca (2015), Official Master in Manual Physiotherapy of Locomotor System by University of Alcalá (2010-2012) and a Graduate in Physiotherapy, University of Salamanca, Nursing and Physiotherapy School, 2007-2010). By experience she is an Associate Professor of the University of Salamanca (September 2015-February 2016). Physiotherapist at Medical Center MALGRAT in Benavente (December 2012-present).

Nursing

Hana Kadhom has 35 years experience in nursing as a practitioner and educator. Her experience has been across the Middle East and UK. She obtained her PhD from the University of Hull (UK) in 1989 and she has completed her advanced postgraduate diplomas from British Universities in Nursing Education and Health and Safety. She is a former Senior lecturer and Director of Nursing Degree Bridging programme (RCSI) University of Royal College of Surgeon Bahrain and Saudi Aramco.
